Who we are

What we collect
- Your first name and email address, so you can sign in and staff can find your card.
- Your stamps and rewards, with the date and time each was added and which staff member added it.
We do not collect payment details, your location or anything about what you order.
Why
Only to run the loyalty card. We use your consent, given when you create your card, as the legal basis. We will not send you marketing emails unless you separately agree to them.
Where it's stored
On Google Firebase (Google Cloud), in Belgium (europe-west1). The website is hosted by Netlify. Both act as our processors.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account, or 24 months after your last stamp, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all its data at any time from your card page. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it, at [email]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
